How to track training completion across every location

Stop chasing store managers for status updates. Set up the HQ dashboard, configure scoped views, and pull audit-ready completion data across every franchise location.

Step-by-step

  1. Open the HQ completion dashboard

From the HQ workspace, open the 'Completion' tab. You'll see live data sliced by location, role, course, and segment. The default view shows every active assignment across the network. Filter by region, brand, or store cluster using the chips at the top. Each row links into a per-location drill-down with learner-level detail.

  2. Configure scoped views for franchise managers

In Permissions, assign each franchise manager an Admin role scoped to their location(s). They'll log into the same dashboard but see only their own learners and rollups. No HQ content edit access. This replaces weekly status emails - managers self-serve their numbers and HQ stops being the bottleneck. Verify scope by impersonating one manager from the role-test panel.

  3. Set completion alerts for at-risk locations

From dashboard settings, enable threshold alerts (e.g. notify when a location drops below the completion threshold 3 days before deadline). Aristotl sends the alert to the relevant franchise manager and to HQ. This catches stragglers before the deadline closes - instead of after, when the audit shows the gap. You can route alerts to email, Slack, or Teams.

  4. Export an audit-ready completion report

From any dashboard view, click 'Export'. Choose CSV or PDF. The report includes every learner, location, course, completion timestamp, quiz score, and time-on-task. Sliceable by date range and location group. This is the artifact you hand auditors, brand-standards inspectors, or franchise compliance teams - generated in under 30 seconds, no spreadsheet manipulation.
