Open role
Front End Developer (Internship)
We're looking for a Front-End Developer Intern to help craft the learning experience of Aristotl. You'll work directly with the founders to design and ship the core product that turns static trainings into impactful microlearning.
About Us
Traditional e-learning is slow to build, boring to follow and delivers poor completion and retention. Aristotl fixes this by transforming long manuals, slide decks and trainings into short, interactive micro-modules and immersive scenarios that fit into the workday. With Aristotl, companies can reuse existing content, generate new learning experiences with AI, and track everything in one place.
We closed our first investment round in August 2025 and are currently looking to expand our team with ambitious and driven people. We are currently working with four people (2 founders and 2 developers) and are actively looking to expand to a 5β7 person team.
Our Ideal Intern
Our ideal front-end intern enjoys turning ideas and designs into clean, intuitive interfaces. You care about details, like to learn from feedback and users, and are excited to see your work live in a real product that shapes how people learn at work.

- Based in Antwerp (hybrid: office + remote possible)
- Early-stage B2B SaaS / EdTech startup
- Tech stack: Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL
- Work closely with the founders and engineers and ship real features to production
What You'll Do
- Implement and improve UI for our learner experience and admin dashboards in Next.js + TypeScript
- Build reusable, well-structured React components
- Ensure our app is responsive, accessible and pleasant to use on desktop
- Connect front-end components with our API and handle loading/error states
- Fix front-end bugs and improve performance and UX where needed
- Contribute to our internal design system / component library and documentation
The Details
- Hybrid way of working (office in Antwerp + remote)
- Lots of ownership on UI, UX and implementation details
- Direct input on how our product looks and feels
- Room to experiment, learn new tools and improve your craft
- Possibility to continue afterwards if it's a great match
Interview Process
- 1Short intro call (20β30 min)
- 2Practical front-end exercise (take-home or live coding session)
- 3Conversation with the founders about your work, mindset and ambitions
- 4Final alignment on internship period, school requirements and start date
We care more about your potential, mindset and quality of thinking than about a perfect CV. If this sounds like you, we'd love to talk.
