Yes. Owner / Admin / Educator / Learner roles are built in, scoped by region, location, or segment. Local franchise managers operate their own scope without touching HQ-owned content.

Where does the AI get its training content?

Your uploaded SOPs, manuals, policies, and brand materials — that's it. We support PDF, Microsoft Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), and plain text today; Google Docs and Notion are on the 2026 roadmap. We do not pull from external sources, and we do not train shared models on your content.

Is Aristotl GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Aristotl is based in Belgium; all data is processed and stored within the European Union. We are fully GDPR-compliant, with a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available for all customers. See our privacy policy for details.

How do we ensure quality and accuracy of generated courses?

Aristotl generates a first draft from your document, but you stay in control. We recommend reviewing and approving key facts, procedures, and compliance wording before publishing. For regulated training (food safety, workplace safety, compliance), we can align on a stricter review workflow — get in touch.

Can we apply our own branding (white-label)?
